Good location. Was our first visit to Marrakech and our first experience of a Riad. I really enjoyed staying here. The Riad wasn't full during our stay so enjoyed the privacy and use of swimming pool. Hotel staff were friendly. A couple of things which could of had more attention was that the roof terrace cushions/seating could have been dusted (probably a never ending job and only a minor complaint), we didn't have a toilet brush and the bathroom lights failed and weren't fixed. Would stay again and reccommend to those wanting a quieter retreat.

We had a great stay at the Riad Harmonia! It is situated in a residential section of the Marrakech medina and it felt as if we were staying in a private home with warm hospitality extended by the hosts. Winding through the narrow alleys to the riad was a little intimidating at first, but the riad staff gave us a cell phone number to call when we arrived in Marrakech, and had someone meet us and guide us to the right place - after that, it was easy to find, and we passed children playing and friendly residents who were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable - traditional Moroccan decor, but with modern conveniences. The breakfast served each morning was also traditional - simple but very tasty! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful - they provided tips for navigating the medina and vendors, helped us arrange a dromedary ride (including transport.), and arranged our departing taxi to the airport, including someone to assist with luggage. Relaxing on the roof as the sun went down after a long, hot day was quite refreshing. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel, this is not the place for you - but if you are looking for a clean, friendly, "local" experience, we highly recommend Riad Harmonia.
