Hotel Medicine Lodge

« The hotel was kept up. It was the way my son was treated when he checked in. I reserved the room on Expedia a month in advance. In person the reservation almost wasn’t honored. We were told not to use Expedia any more. Not pleased. »

« The first day and receptionist was very good. Breakfast the first day was OK. Second day went down for breakfast. On our way out. There was no breakfast at 8 o’clock. It hadn’t been set up. There was no receptionist there was nobody to talk to or ask about and I paid for breakfast with my stay. I didn’t get my full stay with no breakfast and the hot tub not hot broke down. very disappointed. »

« I love this retro motel! The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. I love that they kept the original tiles and vintage bathroom fixtures intact. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. And you get a real KEY to the room. When was the last time you’ve seen that? »

My feeling is that they are refurbishing this facility incrementally and need to build a client base to help in the cash flow to bring it up to standard. No...
