This vacation was amazing. The property was clean, well-appointed, and in a terrific lication. Not only right on the ocean with beautiful views, it's close to grocery stores, sights, and my personal favorite, a lovely community oark with a great walking and jogging trail. The beach was not even the slightest bit crowded. Very peaceful with everything we needed. I wish i could have stayed even longer. Host very responsive and easy to deal with too! Loved this place❤️

This is our third year at The SeaGrape Cottage and we continue to love the home, the location and the hosts. Recent upgrades and additions have further enhanced our stay in small but wonderful ways. The new surfboard table on the expanded back deck is a winner! Many evening board games and drinks were had there (and it just looks cool!). We look forward to many more years staying at this amazingly cool, wonderfully secluded beach house.

Dawn’s Sea Grape Cottage is absolutely amazing. The location is the best you could hope for. Right on the beach, only 8 minutes from a Publix grocery store and 20ish minutes from tons of restaurants. Having a house on the beach is so nice. We are accustomed to condos and elevators. So this was such a nice change. The beach is literally 20 steps from the back door. The house is so well equipped we had everything we needed for a fantastic week. Literally anything you can imagine. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. The icing on the cake was a stocked fridge when we arrived, adult beverages, sodas for kids, and tons of condiments. We also had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Saved us time and money not having to purchase these things. We would 100% stay here again. 100% recommended.

We absolutely loved this location. We rented both houses on property. There were so many amenities available to us upon check in (way more than any rental before). So many little touches that made this house special like sunscreen, bath and kitchen necessities, tons of beach items and more. Not to mention we went during turtle laying season!!! We saw sea turtles and manatees so many times. Best beach by far. The host was always responsive and helpful.

Second time we have stayed at "The Grape" and we continue to love every bit of it. Location, house, furnishings, kitchen, blah, blah., blah. It's just wonderful. Our stay included several trips into Vero for my dad's memorial and other such estate duties and Dane continued to send her condolences and make sure we were okay with our situation. I don't know of any other hosts who are that concerned about their guests. Can't wait to go back in 2024!

SeaGrape is such a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, very clean, best view of beach/ocean… doesn’t get much better than this. Beautiful quiet beach. Communication with owners Dawn and David was great. House is so well equipped and beautifully updated. Definitely coming back next year!

The interior and exterior was all beautiful. From the decorating to the furniture to the kitchen dishes/cookware to the pillows, quilts and towels. It was gorgeous and well done. But we went there for the ocean and it was right there at the edge of our patio area. 5 steps and your toes were in the sand. The owners were very attentive to make sure that our stay was the best. Our walks on the beach each day were always refreshing and beautiful. We even had the unique experience of sitting on the patio one evening and watching Spacex launch from Cape Canaveral, including the 3 boosters falling away from the rocket. Our stay was for 10 days and was unique in that Hurricane Ian was headed towards the Gulf. We love big waves and a good ocean breeze so Mother Nature delivered that. The morning we checked out, Hurricane Ian was nipping at our heels as we drove north on highway 95. We are sad for the damage that has been done to the state of Florida. If there is any damage to SeaGrape, because the owners are so attentive to details …... the results could only be more perfection. I would definitely return to their sweet piece of heaven.

This house and its beach live up to every glowing review written before mine. I will forever treausre the memories I made here. You are literally steps from a private beach!! The house is pristine with everything you'll need, the beach is that of a Disney movie with its clean sand, sea turtles, and cute little crabs, and the host is attentive and reassuring that she is there for whatever you may need. 10/10!

The pictures are accurate, yet still don't do the property justice. The cottage is fantastic, with a peaceful beach vibe. Clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The location is breathtaking! D was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed and communication was great. My husband has never been a fan of the beach, so I took a chance renting this and hoping I could convert him. It worked! We are now checking our calendars for a return date. I may have set the bar too high, though...SeaGrape may be the only beach spot for us in the future. Thank you D!!

Das Haus ist wunderbar und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist fantastisch und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Leider sind die Außenbereiche morgens und in der Dämmerung nicht nutzbar. Mikroskopisch kleine stechende Insekten genannt "No see ums" haben uns arg zugesetzt. Leider hilft hier kein Mückenschutz. Am Strand hatten wir Ruhe vor den Plagegeistern.

The property was truly beautiful inside and the beach location was amazing. It was so nice waking up every morning with a sunrise view. The property was spacious, immaculate and well-stocked with everything you could ever need. The property owners were the most attentive we have ever experienced, they checked in on us several times to ensure that we had everything we needed. We'll definitely rent this property again (if it's still available).

We spent a lovely and relaxing week at this cottage. The cottage was perfect in so many ways - amazing view, just steps to the beach, quiet, very clean, thoughtfully furnished/equipped (everything was thought of) and fully stocked. The location is wonderful; we enjoyed many walks on the beach, watching the ospreys, pelicans, frigate birds and other birds from the deck, and spotting dolphins in the waves. We felt very welcome, very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Dawn was a wonderful host. Thank you so much!

SeaGrape cottage exceeded our expectations! The hosts are outstanding. Communications were friendly and factual. Extra amenities abound including soaps, coffees and condiments. We found the cottage to be spotless and beautifully decorated.
