The apartment was not very clean it was like a super rushed vacuum and fresh towels. checked in late with 3 young kids so I donât understand why the apartment was in that state.
Kitchen area was dirty, you could tell it was just a rushed clean I had to go to the IGA and purchase some cleaning stuff to wipe the kitchen counter. Noticed they wasnât enough utensils and dishes ( only 3plates in the cupboards) aswel only to find out the day I was checking out when I wanted to use the dishwasher that it was full of dirty dishes God knows how long they had been sitting in there for. One bedroom door handle was loose almost falling off, I understand the apartments are not brand new but gosh does it have to be that obvious when customers are paying for comfort.
Really bad experience with this Oaks apartments Iâve stayed at a few of their apartments never had such a bad experience. I was so ready to check out the next morning. Lesson from this never book a place with only 2 reviews.
And when reported I only got a sorry, send an email to management.

Also the rooms could use some block out curtains instead of blinds
