We booked our stay including the guest house, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match what we expected. When we arrived, there was a plumbing issue in the guest house, which left bowel movements in the toilet and caused a strong smell throughout both the guest house and the upper house.The living room door was also locked, and no key was provided. We weren’t able to use that space for almost two days. Outside, one of the stones was already broken, which I moved aside so the kids wouldn’t get hurt.After the plumber attended the next day, the guest house was left muddy with visible stains on the bed. We were told a cleaner would come, but no one arrived, so parents and kids had to sleep on couches and on pillows on the floor The pool was also left un heated when it is clearly stated there is a heated pool. We didn’t want to complain and tried to be understanding, but once we raised these issues, the communication from the owners changed, and we felt they began looking for things to blame on us.Overall, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled.
