SPACE FOR FAMILY LIFE
This four-bedroom, two-bathroom house accommodates up to eight guests, with generous living and dining areas for time together. The bedrooms offer one king bed, one queen bed and two double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS
Prepare meals in the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cooking essentials. Wi-Fi, a workspace, TV, heating, air conditioning and a washing machine help make short visits and longer stays comfortable.

PARKING & ACCESS
Guests have use of the house and the guest areas shown in the listing. The garage is private and is not available to guests. On-site parking is available outside the garage.

LONGER STAYS
We welcome families, relocation stays and insurance accommodation enquiries. Please contact the host to discuss dates and practical setup needs; any furniture changes or special arrangements must be agreed in advance.

OUTDOOR POOL
Enjoy the private outdoor swimming pool. The pool is not heated.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in is from 3 pm and checkout is by 10 am.

No parties, pets or smoking indoors. Please remove shoes indoors, respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Switch off lights, heating and air conditioning when not in use.

Please place the rubbish bins out on Sunday night for Monday collection and return them after collection. Use the designated bins and dispose of waste responsibly.

One set of keys is provided per guest group, and one set of towels per person per stay. Please bring your preferred groceries and any special dietary items.

Early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. Our cleaners need the time between stays to prepare the home. Please arrange any request with the host in advance.

We welcome insurance, relocation, and medium- to long-term accommodation bookings. Our homes are fully furnished and fully equipped, and the whole setup is designed for comfortable long-term living. We are flexible and happy to tailor the property setup to your needs, including rearranging or removing furniture where possible. Rates and stay arrangements may be negotiable depending on the length of stay and specific requirements.
