« We did not visit the pool. We were allowed use of covered parking. This unit is long overdue for updating. Front door lock operates unpredictably. Duct tape holding a mirrored wall together, dented refrigerator, stained couch. For the amount charged, at least upgrade towels & sheets. It served our purpose, but we won't return. We were allowed to park our rental scooters there. »

« We would have loved to stay in a beautiful guest house in Key West, but settled on this nice 3rd floor condo at a more affordable price near the airport. There were four of us for 2 nights. The kitchen had new appliances and countertops, and there was a new washer/dryer. The balcony was lovely, with table and chairs. The primary suite was spacious, but the second bedroom was cramped, and the mattress was too soft for us. The bathroom for the second bedroom had some issues that could be easily...

« Clean and quiet. Nice location. Worked for our family of four. They did provide toiletries so that was nice. We also found the beach towels helpful when we went to the beach. Ice cube trays were a nice touch. Very little check out chores which is also nice. »

« Very clean and well equipped unit. Yes, you do hear & see planes but the guys actually enjoyed watching them from the balcony. Plane noise not an issue. Pool & hot tub are great. Location not walking distance to anywhere but the quiet area was appreciated. Use DB taxi for great service. Water damaged flooring could use work. Bathroom on left had issues with shower - water either cold or hot. Could use another chair in living room. Overall, a good experience and would definitely stay there again....

« Stay was great! We have stayed at Sunrise Suites multiple of time and this condo was definitely one of the better ones. I did receive two different access codes but the office was extremely helpful. Also could not find the remote for the king bed bedroom. »

« Had a wonderful stay here, perfect for two couples traveling. The complex was clean and safe and they provided a free shuttle to Old Town Key West which was a huge savings since we didn't need to pay for parking or Uber. I would be happy to stay here again for my next visit! »
