« The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely...

« Great rental. David is so accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. Enjoyed the deck, the 3 year old loved the beach and fishing off the dock, and the boats were fun. »

« House is very clean with a nice kitchen. Nice setup for multiple couples with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. »

« Our group needed two things: lots of room for people to sleep and somewhere peaceful to relax and we got that all and more! The house is beautiful and the surrounding property is right out of a fairy tale. Nate is great to work with and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The house is wild and fun- some spot you gotta watch your head! It’s cozy though and great for inspiration and relaxing. If you don’t want to hear the rest of the group, this isn’t the house for you… sound carries! But...

« Ken was an exceptional superhost. His house was beautiful and spotless. There were no bugs in sight in the month of August. All the rooms looked exactly like the pictures and we were given plenty of bathroom toiletries & towels for our stay. We highly recommend staying here! »
