As I previous provided sample soap, conditioner and lotion complimentary, most guest did not use them so once it was finally gone I decided not to order more and it was removed from my provided Amenities list. After communicating with guest I found being provided 2 full linen closets, complimentary cold breakfast corner and cold refreshments were more Welcoming! There is a washer and dryer in the home but laundry detergent is not a listed amenity! As a Premier Host I will continously Strive in providing Great Service!

Jim was Awesome and Welcomed back anytime he's in town! Followed House Rules, left the home clean and we communicated Great!
