« The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely...

« Great rental. David is so accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. Enjoyed the deck, the 3 year old loved the beach and fishing off the dock, and the boats were fun. »

« This property is comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet, serene area. The only sounds we heard were the sounds of nature. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a wide selection of TV streaming choices. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The host quickly responded to questions. We were provided all the amenities described in the listing. I would definitely stay again. »

« We had a fantastic weekend at the lake. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed—from firewood and grilling supplies to kayaks for exploring the water. My daughter especially loved paddling out to the little island with the lone tree. The neighborhood was quiet and the locals were friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing lake getaway. »

« We had a great stay. The home was very clean and cool, there were ample supplies- paper products, towels, kitchen items, etc., and the complimentary water dispenser was much appreciated. We loved spending time on the deck, the lake community was very quiet and safe, check in was simple, and owner was very responsive when we reached out with a question. Great stay over all and we hope to find this again next summer when we're back in the area. »

« This property was not clean on arrival. Two of the beds appeared to have been slept in. The binds were broken and the pieces were on the floor. This home is located on a busy street. We paid for 3 nights, we only stayed one because we arrived late and had no choice. We got a hotel for the other 2 nights. Waste of money! »
