The Meredith Cottage is an exceptional find! The cottage is located within walking distance from Main Street, local shops and restaurants. Additionally, the host has thought of all the amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom among others. The host was easy to speak to throughout our stay. Lastly, Meredith is a lovely lake town 30 minutes from Gunstock Ski Resort for winter fun.

This is the nicest VRBO I have stayed at. Even nice than the photos, which I thought looked great. The special extra touches throughoutthat Sharon provided were unexpected, amaking and so appreciated. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay or a nicer host. If we head to Meredith again, we will be asking to stay here w/o a doubt!.

The cottage was very nicely appointed. We enjoyed time with family and friends and were able to cook and enjoy each others company. The location is fabulous to walk to restaurants , the lake, and shopping! We had everything we needed for the week away from home!

Sharon's cottage exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. The property is exactly as advertised - a beautiful, well-designed home that strikes the perfect balance between comfort and style. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.The location is fantastic, with easy walking distance to all of Meredith's charming shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved being able to explore the town on foot and truly experience everything this lovely New Hampshire community has to offer.Sharon herself is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond. Her communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay, and we were delighted to find homemade baked goods waiting for us upon arrival - such a thoughtful welcome touch that really set the tone for our visit.The only minor drawback is the cottage's proximity to a busy road that sees frequent motorcycle traffic, which can be noticeable at times. However, this small issue didn't significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.We would absolutely recommend Sharon's cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home base for exploring Meredith and the Lake Winnipesaukee region. Her attention to detail as a host and the quality of the property make this a standout rental.

This Home blew us away with cleanliness, accessibility, beautiful decor. Home had everything we could possibly need. Excellent proximity to Mills Falls shopping area in Meredith Harbor. I would have no problem renting from this property owner. We were super impressed.

Very clean, great communication with the host, very pet friendly, and the location was within walking distance to a shops, restaurants, activities, Trails, and basically everything you would want to do. Short driving distance to even more activities and things to. We even rented a boat and went around the lake for a couple of hours.

Everything about this house and location was perfect! The hosts attention to detail was impeccable, from the fresh flowers to the candy bars for each girl. They made us feel right at home. My favorite part was that it was SUPER clean, always so important. It was the best Vrbo experience that we've ever had and we're definitely planning to come back!

A beautiful modern home. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed and welcomed us with brownies, salt water taffy and dog bones. Although it is located on a main street, it was a perfect little get a way home. Cute back yard and the landscaping and flower boxes added to the home. Fresh flowers were in all the rooms which was a lovely touch. The bathrooms were large and showers had great rain sprays. The communication with the owner was great! Answered questions promptly. We were there to attend a wedding so we did not take advantage of all the attractions nearby. Wished we thought to stay longer to do this. We would definitely return if we are the area again!

Very good

It was a great quiet place. The backyard is very excellent for my toddler. We made BBQ while playing music and nobody complained. We found almost everything we needed including baby high chair. I just wish the beds were a little bigger. The house is right in the town there are so many stores nearby. For instance, Hannaford is 3 minutes drive. The restaurant is just walkable with a nice view. The location of this house our expectations!

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful with extreme attention to detail and comfort. The host was exceptional! She called me personally before my stay to talk about the house and area, providing great recommendations for activities and dining options. This is also included in the check in instructions but felt so much more personal to speak directly with her. We traveled to Meredith for a ski trip at Gunstock and this home is definitely a must for your next trip!
