« Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise. »

« Clean room. Kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. No bowls for cereal. A/C unit was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. Had to call the answering service to get door code. Took about 15 minutes to get into the cabin. »

« Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to...

« Room was clean. Breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food was very good. Really liked that you could request fried eggs. They were as ordered. Again want to note how friendly the entire breakfast staff was and how they all went out of their way to great you and ask if they could help. »

« This hotel was awful. Booked in advance and selected to pay at check in. Rude manager tried to cancel our reservation just hours before we arrived if I didn’t pay over the phone. The check in staff were atrocious. No friendly greeting, no here’s our WiFi, directions to the elevator or our room…RUDE. Canceled a teams reservation while they were traveling in for a state competition. Have never experienced such horrendous customer service. Then there was the room. Dirty, hair all over the shower...
