„My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our peaceful week at Steve’s cottage. We loved starting our day drinking coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the front porch listening to the birds. The location was perfect, close to downtown Newburyport and the beach. We had a comfortable stay and Steve is a great host. Be sure to watch the sunset from The Sunset Club at the end of the road and get breakfast from Mad Martha’s. “

„Comfortable environment, bed extremely difficult to get comfortable. Mattress not flexible at all. Vey unusual to have to brush your teeth at the kitchen sink. No television, hard to check news/weather etc. Shower stall very slippery. I have knee replacement, almost went down while showering. The environment is wonderful, just thought it should have a bathroom sink, instead of sauna. Loved the coffee there, that is a really nice touch. Thank you “

„The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.“
