« Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. « Our little Cabin was the Perfect space for us. Amazing views all around us, nestled in the trees with a perfect view of the river. We enjoyed the chairs set up by the river to just sit, relax and enjoy the sound of the water rushing by. We loved waking up, making our coffee, sitting by the river as the sun came up. « The YC was great. The most well stocked house I have rented. All the rooms were very cozy. The hot tub was a good size to fit our large group. The kitchen had lots of amenities. The host communicated well to make sure we had all that we needed. I will definatly stay there in the future if I am in Lake Chelan. »
