The Neighborhood:

Colonia Del Valle is one of Mexico City’s most pleasant and centrally located neighborhoods, known for its residential atmosphere, tree-lined streets, and excellent connectivity. From here, you’ll have easy access to major avenues such as Insurgentes, Viaducto, and División del Norte, while being close to neighborhoods like Narvarte, Roma, and Condesa. The area offers a great variety of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops, and parks, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable and authentic Mexico City experience.



Getting Around:

Getting around Colonia Del Valle is easy and convenient, with plenty of transportation options nearby. You can reach Metro stations, Metrobus routes, and major avenues within minutes, making it simple to explore different parts of Mexico City. Uber and other ride-hailing services are also readily available, while many restaurants, cafés, shops, and everyday essentials are within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

We have a very strict method to count the people you stay with, in case we find additional guests than the number of the reservation you will pay double rate: $600 pesos per night per guest.



We have a minimum stay of two nights. Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out must be before 11:00 am. If you need to check in early, let us know and we will try based on availability.



Final cleaning is included in the rental price, but if you wish to have a full cleaning service during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $350 per day.



If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets feel free to ask. We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat. Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



**Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to reduce the number of guests or nights. Once a reservation has been made, we cannot reduce the number of guests or nights or change dates.



*In Mexico City we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend to be aware of the weather forecast and pack accordingly with the clothes that best suit the weather :).



*Mexico City has experienced water outages in the area. In case of a possible water shortage, we will be attentive at all times.



* Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.

We love Mexico and we want you to love it too. We tell you the best places to go, where to eat and what to see. We've traveled with Airbnb all over the world and we'll do our best to make sure you have too.



Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10pm.



Security Deposit

For bookings made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo or our website, we request a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after check-out, provided there are no damages or defaults on the stay.



The process is secure and is done through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
