This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps six in the heart of Roma Norte, one of Mexico City`s most walkable and culturally rich neighborhoods. Step outside, and you`re two minutes from beloved taco spots, five minutes from bakeries and boutiques, and surrounded by tree-lined streets filled with cafes, galleries, and bars. The building has 24-hour security at the entrance, and the third-floor location keeps the bedrooms quiet even when the neighborhood comes alive.

The dining table seats eight, making it easy to gather over takeout from the neighborhood or a home-cooked meal. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook — plus a coffee maker to start your day and a blender for afternoon drinks. A water filtration system by the sink means you can refill bottles anytime.

High-speed WiFi and dedicated desk space make it easy to work remotely if needed. An in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light and refresh your wardrobe mid-stay. The building has an elevator, though it fits two people with luggage or three without. Paid parking is available off-site. Bikes are provided if you want to explore the neighborhood on two wheels. A crib or Pack `n Play is available on request; just let us know before check-in. Cleaning service during your stay and bilingual concierge assistance are available for an additional fee.

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It`s generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.
- Metrobus: The Metrobus is another viable option.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- The elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage. Any damage to the elevator will incur a charge based on the extent of the damage.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine.
