The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour / West Ave, one of the most walkable pockets of South Beach. South Beach itself is about a 10-minute walk east, where you'll find the sand, Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue.



Lincoln Road and the Sunset Harbour shops are roughly a 5-minute walk — locals here genuinely don't need a car for the day-to-day. For dinner, guests head to Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza, and Sardinia for Italian. Coffee is covered by Panther Coffee and Pura Vida nearby.



Stocking the kitchen is easy with Trader Joe's and The Fresh Market both walkable on West Ave. It's a lively, breezy neighborhood that puts beach mornings, great food and Miami Beach nightlife all within reach.



Getting Around:

This is a highly walkable part of Miami Beach — Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour and grocery stores are all a short walk, and South Beach is about 10 minutes on foot, so a car isn't essential. If you do drive, secured on-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee and there's an EV charger on site. Rideshare is widely available, and mainland Miami — Wynwood, Brickell, Downtown — is a straightforward drive across the causeway.
