- Depending on the winds the house can be in the path for the MIA so there might be potential for some noise.



- Given that the area has lots of vegetacion the internet cables sometimes get affected, we are happy to troubleshoot any issues but sometimes the damage requires a tech from the internet company for repairs and we are not liable in those cases since it is beyond our control.



- There is a neighborhood cat that roams around he is very nice and harmless so don't get scared.
