We loved the hotel room. It was spacious and updated. The staff were friendly and there was a lot of restaurants close by. Also the pool was great and only a few steps to get to the beach. I didnt like that we have to pay for an umbrella at the beach and there was dust in certain areas of the room but that didnt spoil our trip. We would recommend this hotel, for sure!

We had a great stay. The kids loved the pools and the beach. The two bedroom suite on the 27th floor is huge. Some TLC could be used in some places, but overall it was great.

Spa was broken. Some of the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Room service took over an hour to receive basic items. A/C was out in room and had to relocate rooms @2230. Did not like that there is $65 in additional fees for parking and resort.

The place needs a makeover for the price your charged to stay there they need to make it much nicer the pool was nasty and they is a lot of places with rust. They need to clean it better.
