Week in downtown Miami

Looks like the picture. Location is excellent if you want the downtown experience. However, if you are sensitive to certain perfumes or scents, this isn’t the place for you. I am allergic to an ingredient in certain colognes and this place was strong with it . Wear shoes inside too to keep your socks white

WAZA 24

We were in town for WAZA at Bayfront park. Great location to go either direction…Bayfront or Brickell. Nice, clean, quiet (for DT Miami). Only issue was w our toilet flusher, which never did her addresses. We had to physically take the lid off the tank and manually pull the lever to flush. Thank you so much, would stay here again 100%.

Great view otherwise not pleasant

Because the glass windows may not be opened often to air the apt out, there's a bad odor in the apt I noticed. Even though it is on the 26th floor you constantly hear a lot of noise as the walls are thin and you hear outside noise from below ( traffic and construction) all the time so it is not quiet and peaceful. You constantly hear a pinging & noises even in the middle of the night so it is always noisy and can wake you up. There's extraneous noise is all day long.The pink chair you see in the photo is very small and uncomfortable to sit in. The same goes for the couch which is of very cheap material and not comfortable at all. It too is very tiny & low.The plastic is peeling off the chair in the bedroom and the nob to the nightlight was broken but they did come to fix it after I complained I couldn't turn on the light The toilet takes forever to flush and doesn't flush everything right away. The bedding was not comfortable as it seemed to be of cheap flimsy material to me. The elevator also seemed to take forever to arrive and is usually crowded as there is a lot of traffic in the building. If you have a lot of luggage with you good luck getting into the elevator. The outside furniture looked like it was never cleaned and looked dirty and moldy to me. It was not fresh and clean. Also, be careful with the floor as it is made out of slick material so walk slowly and carefully so you don't fall. The place looks good in the photo but it didn't measure up to what was there.

Property was exactly as pictured. Accommodations were very nice.the only thing was that the first day the a/c was out for 6 hours for scheduled maintenance and on the second day the pool was closed until 4pm for window maintenance. This information might have been good to know at time of booking or before arriving. Other than that - property and stay was nice.

I LOVEDDDD IT!

This apartment was amazing. I stayed there with my boyfriend as an extension to my vacation and we loved it. the apartment was clean, everything was exactly how it was pictured. communication was great. the pool on the property was amazinggg!! the property smelled soooo good! also, it is in a great area with alot of restaurants and places to shop. i will definitely stay here the next time i come to Miami!

Location & Space

Stayed here solo for ultra music festival. Easy walk to Bayfront Park and area shops/restaurants. Spacious interior and nice sized double balcony with water views. Loved having a full size fridge and washer/dryer. The only thing I really would have loved having was a full length mirror-I ended up taking a mirror off the wall and propped it against the wall. Overall awesome stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very Very Loud

We stayed for 2 WEEKS on the 26th floor, UP all night with the noise of Motorcycles and Very Loud cars!! We stay in cities every all over the world, never and issue. It was a nightmare. The location is nice, but the building sits right on the main road. I live in NYC on 10th floor and NO issues, this was different. Had a few issues with the unit, AC stopped working twice, kitchen faucet stuck on spray, water everywhere, shower has very old style unit also, and glass only goes 1/3 of the way, again water, EVERYWHERE! There was no desk and i called to make sure, as my hubby would be working there, they brought one the next day.. Hosts were very responsive, you could just text. However, by the time we noticed issues (the noise, shower etc we were moved in and sick on people coming in and out to fix. Finally you can tell every one is a renter, many rude. Would not stay again.
