The apartment was clean and smelled nice, which I appreciated. However, it is not a new place and it does show signs of wear. Several lights were missing or burned out, which made some areas feel poorly maintained. Overall, while it was acceptable, I’m not sure I would choose to stay in this apartment again.

Location Location Location

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Brickell, this high-rise condominium offers an exceptional setting for a memorable Miami vacation. The breathtaking bay views provide a captivating backdrop for watching the coming/going of the many yachts that dock here. There is a picturesque walking path that goes around the building and conveniently leads to Brickell Key, with another beautiful walking trail. The downtown Brickell area is foodies paradise with a variety of restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Additionally, the free trolley stops are conveniently located, facilitating access to the iconic Viscaya Estate—a “must visit” spot, Coconut Grove and other destinations.While the condo itself was spotlessly clean, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Three wall clocks in the unit did not work, several light switches were non functioning. We never could get dining table light to turn on. The bubble jet bathtub and drain stopper were both malfunctioning and a shower caddy device was precariously hanging from the wall. We did let them know about this however no one made it up to take a look. The sofa in the living room is really a futon which, as we know, is not a very comfortable seating option! Despite these minor inconveniences, the exceptional view and prime location of the condo far outweigh any shortcomings.

The location is amazing, no doubt about that.The view would be better if the windows and the balcony glass were clean.Communication and sorting out issues were not easy. We had 4 people in our party, but bedding for 2 only. When we complained about it early in the evening at 5p.m., they were unable to give us more. So our kids had to sleep on the sofa without a bedsheet and we used some of our own beach towels to cover them. The following day they did bring a bedsheet, but no cover. I stopped fighting for it at that point. It seemed pointless.The dryer did not work at all and they said they were going to send somebody to repair it the following day, which was our check-out day. According to earlier reviews, the dryer has not worked since July...The furniture is getting worn down, e.g. a broken pull-out sofa, a torn couch and dining chairs. I'm sure it used to be pretty back in the day, but it would need a touch-up to call it luxurious.

Beautiful Apartment in the Sky

Very nice property. Beautiful apartment with great views of the bay and city. Would definitely stay here again. Management made check in and reservation a breeze. They also reply promptly when contacting them.

Amazing views. Kat the host was especially spectacular with making sure we were comfortable and explaining everything. Highly recommended for great location. Easy access to free public transportation and downtown.

Brickell

This property had amazing views looking southeast of Miami. It was easy to communicate with property management. The negatives are that the pool was only open until 6pm every night. On the website it said 10pm but hours may fluctuate. I could see it fluctuating by an hour but closing at 6pm is not ideal for a family with kids whose entire vacation revolve around fun at the pool and beach. We paid for parking with the vacation rental not realizing that the structure is at least a 10-15 min walk away. The dryer barely works. Had to run it 3-4 cycles each time just to get the clothes dry. Would have been nice to supply beach towels. With a non-functioning dryer and minimum towels, it made things difficult. The tub was stopped up. Had to take a shower every day in about a half of foot of water. I messaged management about this and they never fixed it. The bed was comfy but too low to the ground. The property was overall pretty clean but the bathroom shelves were dusty and you could tell some things of the closet racks weren’t wiped off. I accidentally left a box of earrings in the property after checkout. I knew exactly where I left them but no one was able to locate them. So don’t forget your belongings!! Overall, we still had fun but I would not have chosen this rental if I would have known about some of these issues. I wouldn’t recommend for families with young children. For young party goers (20’s)… this is your spot and enjoy!!

Outstanding!

How nice in every way, contemporary and clean, everything in it seemed new. The balcony gets sun about mid morning in February and then it stays for most of the day. This unit has commanding water and city views from the 48th floor. The location is within walking distance of everything worth seeing in new Brickell. Drive at your own peril, walking is faster. I've been here before, and I'll be back.

Everything went well

Easy check in. Great communication with the property team. Amenities were good. I would say the 2nd bedroom isn't really a great option for an adult to sleep on. It is essentially a futon, in my opinion. But for the location and the amenities, if that's ok with you, I highly recommend it. I would stay with this property management team any time.

Brickell condo

We had a really great experience here. We got personal texts before our visit and before we arrived, telling us where to go, who to look for, etc. The check in process was personal; she was friendly and answered all our questions and offered recommendations. The unit was great for us. We cook many of our meals, and there are two full grocery stores a short walk away. When we realized there wasn’t a cutting board on the unit one was dropped off. Everything was clean, the balcony was great, and we enjoyed the pool both days, especially the super large hot tub. The location in Brickell made great restaurants a walk or short Uber ride away. Check out was easy, and you could tell we were talking to a real person who was interested in us enjoying our stay. That made a real difference to us. Thank you!

Spectacular views in a great neighborhood.

This unit is simply fantastic. Super clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the big balcony is spectacular. The access to the pools and spa is a great addition. The neighborhood is loaded with very nice restaurants serving delicious food. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place.

Great, just need to fix the AC

We loved staying at this appointment. The location was great. It was very clean and beautiful. The only concern is that the AC kept breaking up every day. The maintenance was very quick to come over to fix it but they had to come almost every day we were there. And it was pretty hot in Miami those days. Besides that, it all was great!!

Beautiful and trendy, not much for kids/teens

I loved this place immediately. Beautiful view and modern fancy look. Lot of cool places to eat and drink in walking distance. Would not recommend for families more of an adult only vibe, although that being said my 13YO had no complaints. The owners were hospitable and checked in on us daily to make sure we didn't need anything.
