Ocean View Private Residence at The Setai - 3006

Setai 3006 is a private two-bedroom home with panoramic views of the Atlantic. From the living room and from the balcony, the ocean and the length of the coastline stay in view, and the northern exposure holds the light steady from early morning through late afternoon.

The residence runs 1,316 square feet across two separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and the oceanfront balcony. One king and one queen. A washer and dryer sit in the residence, and multiple televisions with cable and high-speed wireless internet run throughout. The bathrooms are stocked with the premium amenities and toiletries found in the hotel's own rooms.

Guests of Residence 3006 have the use of everything The Setai keeps for its own: three azure pools, direct beach access with plush loungers on the white sand, the Valmont Spa, the fitness center, room service, and valet parking.

Our private concierge is on the property for arrival and departure and remains available for the length of the stay. Private chef, additional housekeeping, provisioning, yacht charter, private tours, event tickets, and restaurant reservations are arranged directly, along with the requests that fall outside any list.

Lincoln Road is a short walk from the door, along with much of what South Beach is known for, from neighborhood cafes to dining rooms worth planning a trip around. Ocean Drive and the Art Deco district sit just south. The Design District, Wynwood, Bal Harbour Shops, and Little Havana are each a short drive.

For a long weekend, a family holiday, or a season on the water, Setai 3006 offers a private oceanfront residence in Miami Beach with the full service of a five-star hotel behind it.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• This rental property is currently listed for sale. On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay. We will provide a 24-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation.
• The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 (plus tax) per day. This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check-in. For all stays 30 nights or longer, the amount per night is $115 (plus tax).
• The Setai Hotel requires a valid credit card to be placed on file upon arrival. Check in will not be allowed until it is provided. The hotel has a mandatory $300 per day authorization for incidentals that will be authorized to the card provided.
• A sofa bed is available on request for $150 (plus tax)
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Pets allowed. There will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
