The house is nice and clean, and the location is great. However, it is close to the train tracks, so you can hear trains running throughout the night. Bring earplugs or consider a different place if you are a light sleeper.The check-in process was smooth and the host was communicative. While the house has a full kitchen, there was minimal kitchenware, not kitchen towels, no baking sheets, etc making it difficult to cook a meal seamlessly. We had to get creative to prepare breakfast for a group of 8 people.The host asked us to keep the home clean, take care of trash, but only provided one courtesy trash bag for 8 people staying 4 nights — which felt inadequate for the price paid. When we asked for more, they did drop off two additional bags, though they initially offered to charge us for them.As noted in the listing, the house comes with only one towel per person. If you are visiting from out of town and plan on going to the beach, be sure to bring your own beach towels.You might end up having to buy more things to make your stay comfortable as the basic things provided were inadequate for a "home away from home" stay.
