J'adorais cette endroit, la place etait bien situé pas trop cher, mais celle année, pas propre des les lieux communs, pas de nettoyage et surtout surtout trouver 3 coquerelles dans ma chambre alors pour moi c'est devenu un gros non !!!!

Laundry facilities. Free coffee. Full-size fridge in room. Ample free parking. Good location. Elevator was out of service. Extra strong cleaning chemical smell upon arrival to room. Floors dirty. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noisy. Slamming doors. No blow dryer. No tissue. No bathmat. No housekeeping service / towel exchange included unless you stay for more than two weeks. Although the building is less than five years old, it is not well-maintained. Stairways were dirty and smelled of marijuana. Garbage containers overflowing in common areas. We would not recommend this hotel.

The property is very noisy and the decision to remove daily housekeeping is not bad one. The customer service is poor and there is a need to consider training for the front desk staff.

I did not like having to walk up 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was not in service. Also, one of the staff members who was cleaning the rooms responded in a very rude tone when I requested a towel, Overall, my stay was pleasant.

knew it was not going to be the best place to stay when there were 2 police cars out front when we arrived. The front desk gal was fabulous, really kind and helpful and since we arrived so late we went for the stay. The whole place justs stinks, it smells so bad, I can't put my finger on it just yuck, like a mix of rotten garbage, mold and mildew. The floors felt slimy underfoot and turned the soles of my feet black, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, in fact the room had a wiring fault and there was no electricity in it all night, and the elevator was also broken so we had to haul our bags up 4 flights of stairs. There are zero amenities - no cups, no facial tissue, no extra toilet paper. The window catch was broken, thankfully so that the window could be opened, the blinds were broken, people were yelling up and down the halls most of the night. Stay at your own risk, a truly horrific experience except for the staff, they were great. (Your talent is wasted there, find a better hotel to work in!)

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, and it provided amenities like ( gym and laundry). The only downside was elevator was out. Staff did accommodate moving me to different room. Overall great experience and great management.

My stay was great it is a extended stay and people live here i was just here for a week and the only thing was the Elevertor was not working at all my 1st stay was wobbling and next day no good i had surgery lots more people had surgery and for them up and down stair my God not at all great but i thank god for front desk woman that help me change my room I don't know her name but she having a baby boy may God bless them both she really help. Now for a cleaning woman that was there on the day Elevator was not working cuz at the time i just came from surgery and i was not going up those stair so she need to mind her business and do her job she was instigating an issue that had to be resolve with front desk not her you do not need people like that working there. I can go fine out names put it up in here but they know who they are so CAN YOU PLEASE HAVE ELEVATOR FIX THAT'S WAS A SCARY SITUATION AND I WAS ON IT VERY BAD LAW SUITE THAT WOULD OF BEEN CUZ THE ELEVATOR DID FALL AND THANK GOD NOONE WAS HURT .....BUT over all the place is great oh kids and animals around ....

I was kind of worried about this place after reading the reviews, but I didn’t encounter anything that I read. Parking was plentiful. The little interaction I had with staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. I was shocked that the rooms had a full fridge, kitchen style sink, overhead microwave and two electric stove tops. I loved that! The bathroom was decent sized. The toilet position was a bit lower than what I’m used to but still comfortable. The bed at first sight did not look comfortable but I was wrong. It felt amazing and helped me relax with my bad back. TV was a good size with a fair selection of regular basic cable channels and some premium movie channels (showtime, etc.) There is no pool on property but there is a lake where you can sit and watch the sunset if you’d like and it’s with-in walking distance of many restaurants. After the lobby closes for the night, you DO NEED your hotel key card to get in as all the doors are locked from the outside in so that’s a security feature I loved. Check out was fast. Check-in was fairly quick too. If you pay with a card there is no deposit but if you pay for your stay with Cash, there is a $100 deposit. That was not stated the Expedia website where I booked my stay. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area and need a budget friendly hotel.
