« Our recent birthday holiday stay had its positives, but unfortunately, it didn't fully meet our expectations. The communication with the hosts was excellent—they were welcoming and even greeted us with Welsh cakes and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The interior of the property was well done up, reflecting the effort put into its presentation. However, the location was not what we had anticipated. « My family and I enjoyed the stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, hot showers and plenty of bath water for a long soak after walking up Pen Y Fan which is just down the road. Kitchen well equipped, lots of space at the dining table. Stairs to the bedroom are steep which is normal for this type of cottage. There is a lovely outdoor space at the back. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. »

Check in details emailed to you long before arrival, location was fantastic and a welcome pack of milk, bacon, butter and Welsh cakes was a lovely touch. « The house was excellent, we had a family event with most of the family staying at the Clock House, it was roomy, lovely decor, with 3 lounges and a large kitchen there was plenty of space for everyone.. The only negative is the water pressure in the area meaning timing for showers needed to be managed, but talking to Alan, it will hopefully be better as work was going on in the area to improve the water pressure around Nottage.. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.. »
