„Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. “

Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around ...

Lovely touch having ice cold water and fresh milk in the mini fridge as well for tea and coffee. Bed was super comfortable. „Ich war für 6 Nächte dort. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und ruhig, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. In Norwich ist man in ca. 20 Minuten. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und stets bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Das Frühstück ist erstklassig und wird frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind außerdem sehr gemütlich, ländlich eingerichtet und qualitativ hochwertig. Ich kann dieses Hotel/Pub sehr empfehlen.“
