Summary:

Welcome to MaisonZeetje, a modern, single-story vacation home in Westende. Bright and airy, in a quiet location, and ideal for a weekend by the sea, a family vacation, or a longer stay on the coast. You’ll have the entire house to yourself, including a private garden. Bedding, towels, and soap are provided.



The Space:

You rent the entire house. No shared spaces with other guests or an owner. Everything is on the ground floor: ideal with children or luggage.



Bedrooms (up to 5 guests)

• Bedroom 1: double bed 160 × 200 cm

• Bedroom 2: bunk bed. bottom 140 × 200 cm, top 90 × 200 cm (ideal for a child or extra guest)



Living room and kitchen form one open space. Large sliding doors look onto the garden and open directly outside. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom plus a separate toilet.



Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body soap are provided.



Westende / Middelkerke: Belgian coast between Ostend and Nieuwpoort. Beach and promenade nearby, quieter than the biggest resort towns.



Approximate distances:

• Beach: short walk / short bike ride

• Local shops: nearby

• Coastal tram: nearby



Parking: free spot in front when available; otherwise paid street parking. No private garage.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive use of the entire house: both bedrooms, open living space with kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and private garden.



Self check-in via smart lock. After booking you receive a Guesty guest app link for your details, the EUR 300 card hold and your door code.



The Neighborhood:

Westende on the Middelkerke coast: sandy beach, promenade and a calmer coastal village feel. Good base for families who want garden space plus the sea nearby.



Getting Around:

Beach a short walk or bike ride. Coastal tram for the wider coast. Free parking spot in front when available; otherwise paid street parking. No private garage.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

Via the Guesty guest app we ask for card details. A EUR 300 hold is placed on your card, in line with your booking platform's policy. No charge is taken if everything is in order after check-out. The hold is then released.

Complete your details in the app before check-in. Optional services (extra cleaning, fresh linen) can also be requested there.

Waste: there is a bin in the storage room.
