The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because prior to booking I called to make sure the pool was open and was told pool was open, when we arrived we were informed of the pool being closed which was the only reason we booked this room so that was highly disappointing! »

« Room was ok. Couch in room was all disheveled. Bed was hard and lumpy. Pillows were thin as could be. Breakfast was luke warm at best. Had to take cinnamon roll upstairs to microwave to actually be decent. Will probably be looking at a different hotel chain to see if we can do better as Holiday Inn has disappointed the last couple times we’ve stayed. »
