« Great stay, as described, tidy, neat, clean linens and bathroom. Great location, dark sky, no neighbors, and a beautiful view. In June, mosquitos were formidable, but a non-issue with the right spray and mitigation. Cell service was very poor, which is a pro and con. Can call out via Verizon and have necessary contact, if needed. Host was very good to communicate with and shared a great location with us. »

« The property seemed clean and comfortable. The heating system worked well. We cooked several meals there and enjoyed 4 nights of excellent sleep. We also used the outdoor grill, using wood, and found it easy to use as well. I would definitely stay here again. »

« This place is beautiful inside and out! We really enjoyed our week here, which included working a few days from the house and beach hut, followed by several day trips around the UP. The host thought of everything to make our stay incredibly welcoming and comfortable, from personalized artwork to one of the most well-stocked kitchens we’ve ever used in a rental. « Our visit worked out exactly as hoped, giving us the perfect central location to get to Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Pictured Rocks, Kitch-iti Kipi , Tahquamenon Falls, and Benny the Beard Fisher. A few things to keep in mind though when you choose this property: the upstairs bedroom is an open loft (without a door for privacy), evening dining on the rear deck has a lovely view but is subject to loud road noise, and if you have someone sleeping on the pullouts in the living room it is quite comfortable...
