Work in progress- has potential
This apartment could be cute- if it was clean, if it had a functioning kitchen (with better quality pots), if it didn't flood the floor when you turn the airco on (and turn off the hot water heater because both can't be on at the same time), if the mattress springs didn't poke. Property management was not communicative with me, but improved once my husband started communicating with them. Place is not easy to find and if you don't have wifi (on an international phone plan) impossible to access. It is all electronic with links on your phone. There is no real outdoor space, it is the outside corridor. The washing machine, for those who can't find it either, is in the shed on the corner of the outside corridor.
Previous reviews mentioned the noise from the restaurants and bars, which is there but is expected if you book in this lively neighborhood. It didn't bother us, but it does go to late at night/early morning. The couch is comfortable, and someone has made an effort with some decorations and the color scheme. We liked the location. Even though not a private space, we enjoyed sitting in the corridor at night.
