The property is managed by EasyLife. They do not respond to questions before the trip and you must provide them with a copy of your passport and fill out their forms with your personal information on their website. They charge you right away when you book and do not give you information to access the apartment unless you fill out their forms. The whole process does not seem secure for privacy purposes. Very unresponsive!!! They do not respond to emails.
The apartment had ants crawling in the bathrooms and the kitchen (including the floors, the counter, and the coffee maker).
There seems to be one AC unit for the whole apartment which does not appear to work or they turned it off.
Overall very dirty (walls, carpet).
