Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce
The apartment is extremely clean and smells good. The host communicated very well and answered any questions we had. I found the amenities to be very useful e.g shower, washing machine, kitchen. The only downfall was the confusing check in process. Both TVs also did not work. Other than these small issues, I would highly recommend this stay to someone looking for a nice apartment to stay in close to the amazing sights to see in Milano.

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, emplacement
This rental had the promise of a great stay. There is a “but” however. Let me start with the good stuff - the property was clean and really well equipped. The bed a little soft for my liking but still comfortable. With the metal automated blinds and the two locked doors to get to the apartment it’s very secure. Now onto what didn’t go so well. I was provided with a WiFi network name and password that was not available on the list of available networks in the vicinity. After going back and forth 3 times with no success I decided to investigate myself. I quickly found that the modem for the network I was told to use was disconnected and the outlet on the wall was hanging. I found a different modem and sent them a picture asking for a password and name. It took a few back and forth before they understood that the modem they gave me wasn’t what was plugged in. After 2 hours I finally got connected. Now I’m tech savvy and install all the computer tech at home. The average person would still be without wifi. I messaged the host about this issue, the broken lamp in the kitchen, the missing TV remote, the lights not working in the shower area and I was basically ghosted. And that list doesn’t include the measly partial roll of toilet paper that was in the room for two people for two days - we had to go buy our own. So like I started, the place has a lot of promise however maintenance is required.
