BITTE NICHT BUCHEN! Ganz furchtbares Hotel. Zimmer sind abgewohnt und dreckig, konnte den Schrank nicht nutzen da die Tür kaputt war und man von dieser beim Öffnen fast erschlagen wurde! Habe Stiche am ganzen Körper nachdem ich in dem ekelhaften Bett geschlafen habe. Das Zimmer ist so dunkel und ungemütlich wie eine Gefängniszelle. Habe beim Duschen die Hotel Schlappen angelassen, weil ich mich so geekelt habe. Die amenities (Body Lotion usw) waren bereits angebrochen und standen halb voll im Bad. Die Flure extrem dreckig. Die Dame am Check in war so unfreundlich und unverschämt, da ich bereits um 14:30 im Hotel war, sagte sie man lässt mich netterweise schon einchecken, obwohl check in ja erst um 15 Uhr sei. Total affig, da die meisten Zimmer leer waren. Einmal und nie wieder! Bin froh, wenn ich zuhause bin, mich komplett dusche und alle Sachen, die dort waren, direkt in die Wäsche kommen. Dieses Hotel ist eigentlich ein maximal 2 Sterne Hotel, keinesfalls 5!!

Das neu eröffnete Hotel weist leider erhebliche Mängel auf. Schade eigentlich, die Lage ist gut, das Hotel selbst schön eingerichtet und das Personal bemüht. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Duschen funktionieren nicht richtig, ebenso wie die Steckdosen. Alles wirkt ein wenig improvisiert. Keinesfalls hat dieses Hotel 5 Sterne verdient!

Toplage - jedoch absolut keine 5 Sterne
Aufzug defekt - keine Reparatur; Bauarbeiten in der oberen Geschossen im Hotel - Lärm; Frühstücksbuffet war lächerlich, nur Toastbrot als Gebäck, kleiner Teller Wurst und Käse, keine Säfte nachgebracht...eigentlich ist ein 3 Sterne Frühstücksbuffet um einiges besser! Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, das ist aber dann auch schon alles.

La estancia en general fue agradable. La habitación, Junior Suite muy amplia. La temperatura excesiva, y no se podía regular, con lo que pasamos muchísimo calor. Las vistas de la habitación, en un primer piso eran horribles, encajonado en unas obras, pero como no teníamos pensado estar mucho en la habitación no comentamos nada. Eramos 4 personas y solo nos habían puesto toallas para 3, tampoco dijimos nada. Pero lo que me pareció el colmo fue llegar al hotel de noche después de todo el día fuera y ver que no nos habían hecho la habitación. Las camas sin hacer, las toallas en el suelo de la ducha... Lo comento a la mañana siguiente en recepción y según su registro consta que la habitación fue hecha, y aun me preguntan si deje bien puesto el cartel de no molestar. Ese detalle si que me me molestó bastante, y no me parece propio de un hotel de 5 estrellas, cuando ya había dejado de lado ciertos aspectos que no me habían gustado. El desayuno en mi opinión muy bueno, en cuanto a variedad y calidad.

Good stay. Clean and tidy hotel with cool, modern decor. nice helpful staff. On arrival the receptionist helped us with all of our enquiries and upgraded our room. Good location only a 15-20 minute walk from duomo square and plenty of transport links around. Breakfast was good, could have more selection in terms of hot foot but pretty normal in most European countries. Pastries on offer if the hot selection is not for you.

Pedroni,La ringraziamo per aver condiviso con noi il Suo gentile feedback; sia che sia positivo, o negativo, per noi ha un importante significato dato che ci permette di conoscere i nostri punti di miglioramento.Tuttavia, non siamo dell’idea che la struttura meriti un feedback del genere, specialmente dopo tutta l'assistenza e i servizi forniti per rendere la Sua esperienza il più piacevole possibile, Il modo in cui lei ha trattato il personale è stato inappropriato e non accettabile nella nostra struttura.Non appena ci avete comunicato che non c'era acqua calda, abbiamo controllato immediatamente la stanza e tutto era perfetto, se non che Lei ha aperto il rubinetto in modo opposto, indirizzandolo sull’acqua fredda. Anche la pulizia è stata controllata due volte dal nostro House keeping manager, ma non era stato segnalato nulla: la camera era in stato di perfezione, tranne per l'odore di fumo presente in camera e i mozziconi da lei lasciati in giro. Le ricordiamo che le nostre camere sono non fumatori, ed il suo comportamento irrispettoso ci ha costretto a bloccare la suite per 2 giorni per far andare via l’odore.Purtroppo, non abbiamo potuto procedere con il rimborso come lei ha preteso al momento della partenza, perché ha richiesto un rimborso completo dopo l'intero soggiorno senza alcuna valida ragione. Se la proprietà non ha soddisfatto le sue aspettative avrebbe potuto chiedere un check-out immediatamente dopo il check-in, e in quel caso avremmo fatto del nostro meglio per rimborsare il 100% come richiesto, ma non dopo 2 giorni. Oltretutto, non era necessario minacciare il team per effettuarle il rimborso.Al momento della partenza il nostro responsabile della reception ha cercato di offrire uno sconto speciale e un upgrade per la vostra prossima visita, che lei però ha rifiutato.Vi ringraziamo ancora una volta per il vostro feedback.Cordiali saluti,Guest relation team

Struttura di buon livello... visti i prezzi qualche lavoro di rinnovo andrebbe considerato (guarnizioni/siliconi bagno ingiallite; bollitore e asciugacapilli con spina Schuko e nessuna presa Schuko nella camera; finestre che non chiudono bene con lo scotch in un 5 stelle credo non sia il caso di presentarle)... sicuramente da rivedere l'organizzazione e gli spazi per la colazione un po' angusti se proporzionati al numero di camere/ospiti... la convenzione con un parcheggio dovrebbe prevedere la disponibilità di una presa per la ricarica di auto elettriche...

Overall a very nice stay!
Expectation was for a 5 star hotel. It was an ok 4 star. Breakfast was small but really good, had all you need! Drinks in the bar was good, friendly and attentive front fest staff. Room and facilities did not meet expectation, AC was blasting hot air and did not respond when trying to lower. Shower area was dirty and stained. No paintings or art in the room (junior suite), bare walls - not nice in an art hotel. Location is great! Really questioning the 5 stars. If this hotel had 4 stars I would have minor to no complaints. Thank you Fifty!

Dirty, stinky, torn sheets, cold (at 21:00 room temperature was 13 C), safebox not working, no services. The director told me aggressively that is normal for her to live in a room with a temperature of 13 C … no way to increase temperature due to the inefficiency of the heating. We had to go away at 21:30 in another hotel.

4 rooms down- unlucky us.
It was a very nice designer hotel. We booked two suites for 2 adults and 3 children. One quite was great, the other? There was ongoing work in the room. Literally, ongoing: tools everywhere, doors off. To his credit, the guy at reception sorted a new room immediately. Problem was, it was someone else’s. Clothes everywhere, Prada handbag, “used” bedclothes. Okay, Round three: the air conditioning was so noisy we couldn’t hear ourselves think, let alone sleep. By this stage it was 11pm. After being told that the booking was non -refundable: we were refunded the one room and then squeezed ourselves into the suite. Which was massive and very nice. Overall, the room was very nice, the manager did very well to sort everything out to our satisfaction despite it being “us” who were unlucky. Luck really shouldn’t have anything to do with it in a 5-star hotel… breaky was good, and checkout went smoothly.

Leaky shower, flooded the whole bathroom. Nothing was done after being notified twice about it. “Trendy” hotel that has lost its touch. Carpets and sofa stained. Yellowing bedsheets. Worst of all, the most apathetic front desk for a supposedly 4 star hotel; not once did any one of them show any enthusiasm to help nor remorse as to how our stay has been. Waste your money elsewhere in Milan.

Nice lobby, okay staff, however, the rooms were in terrible condition. First room I got (which was $350 / night) was extremely dark and faced directly a wall. After asking and dealing with the managers to get a room that didn’t feel like a prison cell we got moved to a room with a better view. However, the bathroom was in quite terrible condition. The paint on the shower wall was peeling and had mold growing in one corner. Baffled that they decided to pain the walls in the shower instead of having tile. Perplexing choice and not super sanitary. The hotel had malin and goetz products in the room but all the single use personal bottles were clearly used before and mostly empty. Very gross. Breakfast was also a little on the sad side. It’s hard to be upset with anything while your in Italy because it’s such an incredible country , but this hotel is a huge disappointment for the price.

Please avoid this place AT ANY COST! I had booked two separate nights with Expedia and then I canceled only one night as we were not going to stay in Milan Saturday to Sunday. I am a gold member and stayed at many properties around the world. I was charged the room price directly with Expedia and it was all confirmed. We got to the property and the person who checked us in took a copy of the passports and then showed us to our room. The room was not ready and the bed for the kids was not made. Ok the bathroom I had discovered toiletries that were half full. The temperature was not measured upon arrival and o did not feel right staying in this room. The front desk person then said there was a problem with our room as we had cancelled and I showed him the reservation with Expedia and that it shows all was good. He then showed us to another smaller room which we also not ready. I then spent 20’ speaking on his own cell phone with a certain Mariana who said that she was informed that the manager did not see the reservation and that they did not work with Expedia since they had reopened. I suggested they speak with Expedia as all was good on my end.The beds were not really comfortable, nor were the pillows. The next day we were told we had to pay again and I said I already had with Expedia. I said it’s unacceptable and then spent one hour calling Expedia who confirmed all was good. Below par sanitation, horrible service and the night before a car was broken into outside the hote
