Please if your looking for luxury this is not the Ritz we do have old wooden floors that has a stain that we cant get out from black paint or something and we still need to paint or re side the house! However this house is clean inside and holds excellent heat and Ac since it has been updated with new sheet rock and insulation.This house is close to all the restaurants, lakes and Baxter State Park!
