House Rules A friendly reminder about our strict house rules.
Upon booking you’re agreeing to these:
1) We have a max guest policy of 8 guests. Property management monitors Nest camera at the exterior to unit.
*Note: Overnight visitors over the registered max will incur a $50 fee per guest/night

2) No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere in the property. That means no hanging out the window to smoke. If you need to, please do so far away from the building’s front entrance.

3) No parties or illegal activity of any kind. No loud music or noises that disturbs other guests or residents at any time.

Please note there are full time residents in the community as well. Please be respectful of everyone.
If any house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave immediately. If we smell smoke or see evidence of smoking you will be charged $250 for cleaning + charged for any damages. If you have any questions, just let us know. Thanks!
