« The property was great for what we needed! The only down side is that it seemed as if the floors had not been cleaned for some time and if you walked around without shoes on, your feet were very dirty. Other than that, it was a great stay! Very accessible to a lot of things! »

« The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. « This was our 2nd stay. Once again, Home away from Home but for the Holidays. We had a delayed Thanksgiving dinner at the Beach. Well stocked as always. Plenty of room for our people and fur family members Host very timely with communication. Location is great. It's now considered our Bethany Beach Gem. Will definitely return. »

« We enjoyed our stay! Very happy about the short distance to Bethany Beach and easy access to grocery store. Host was very helpful and let us know about the renovation before we got there. We weren't able to use the garage to park one of the cars due to the renovation but neighbor was very nice an let us park a car in their extra spot. I would stay there again in the future. »

« We had a good stay in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and listed accurately. We of course stayed here to be walking distance to the beach with our three kiddos and it is absolutely walking distance; however you do have to cross a really busy street and after doing that for a couple days with three kids and all of the beach 'stuff', I would rather not have to cross that busy street. The home is older but equipped with everything one would need. Good bedroom space, but they could use...
