„This is a lovely cottage with many amenities tucked in along Penns Creek. The drive there is worth the trip with all the country settings and vistas. My favorite part is the screened in porch above the creek. We have stayed here before and will be going back again in the future. “

„The home was perfect for our party of 10. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property! We were in town for Bucknell graduation and it was a short drive to campus while still getting to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful location. “

„We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. “

„We spent two nights to enjoy a full day in the state forests. The cabin was very clean. It's exactly as pictured. A small space with a couple beds and a table. The showers are a 2-3 minute walk from the cabin, or a shorter drive. The check-in/check-out process was very easy.“

„Great little place! Loved the location but wouldn't want toddlers or elderly there. The stairs aren't for the youngest or eldest. “

„The house is really what you see in the pictures. Tons of outdoor space, a beautiful pool and pickleball for days. The house was clean and kitchen was very well-stocked. Hosts were responsive and helpful. There was one bedroom that didn’t quite fit the bed AND futon as mentioned but that was workable. We had some trouble finding outdoor lights as well, but used cell phone flashlights without issue. “

The fire pit was great for the adults. Cory responded quickly to our request for firewood. I would highly recommend this place, private but not too far off the beaten path.“

„This cabin is amazing! Oh how I'd love to own a place like this. Secluded but close to city and a state park! Loved tne layout, had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and the owner was especially attentive. Wifi is very slow however but with how private it is its no wonder. Loved the firepit out back although the pond was a haven for mosquitoes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely rent again!“
