A place i will definitely like to stay again,breakfast was excellent,outside view from my hotel room was perfect.Bed very much comfortable and the room was clean.was just somehow dissatisfied with their cancellation policy,that instead of them given me an alternative, which was to change my Booking to the very weekend which I stayed in the hotel, I was told there was no room available…and was left with no other alternative but to do a complete cancellation with a fee of €139.

Dear Mike, Thanks for the lovely feedback. I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction about the cancellation fee. As, you can understand, if your booking wasnt booked direct you would have to refer to the cancellation terms from the third party platform you book from. Very quiet area and good for meetings or business. The staff was helpful and cordial.

We stayed here overnight as we visited the theatre. The theatre was literally 2 mins walk away and the carpark was just as close. All the shops also a stones throw away. Service was 4 star. There are not many amenities in the hotel room. But its clean and incredibly convenient, so for that reason I would recommend.

Property is good rooms are spacious and building is modern shame is the staff refused to give Cutlery to us to take to our room as a 4 Star hotel this should be provided as standard we had to ask to speak to the manager in order to receive the cutlery which is a shame because our food got cold just because we had to speak to the manager to get the cutlery his name was Mossad and he was helpful

Lovely views from restaurant / bar, good breakfast selection, room had everything that we needed, only comment is that the bed was extremely high! I have a bad ankle currently and getting on and off the bed was challenging due to the height, I imagine those people with bad backs might also find this a challenge too.

Lovely, clean, comfy hotel in the heart of MK
Stay was good and comfortable. Room was spacious and clean and the view of the park was lovely. Would be nice to have slippers in the rooms and charge a little extra as floors are cold especially in the big bathrooms. Breakfast was also really good however, long queues by the two coffee machines and the toaster. Maybe an idea to have one in either side so of the room so not too many people end up gathering in one place which makes moving around a bit restricted. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, one cleaned a table next to me that had been vacated and when she sprayed the cleaning detergent it sprayed as far as my food and hand. Maybe staff could be mindful to spray away from other tables and guests. Also kids running around in the restaurant at busy breakfast time is a disaster waiting to happen especially in such a stricted space. Lastly the queues at reception and waiting for lifts was a nightmare. Maybe consider a staggered check in and checkout timetable so not everyone is coming at once or have self check in machines in the side. I hope this is helpful and constructive as generally we had a lovely stay and would stay again.

We stayed in the suite, which was great although booked for an extra bed which wasn’t made up when we arrived - had to call reception. Check-in wasn’t great. We paid cash, which seemed to be very inconvenient, was not a smooth and easy experience and felt a little uncomfortable. The lady in housekeeping that came and made up our extra bed would be an asset on your reception at check-in, she was amazing. Bar staff were great - reception needs some work

Great rooms, service and location
Very clean room, had everything I needed including a safe and coffee making facilities. Reception staff very efficient and helpful. Can't rate breakfast or restaurant as didn't have/use. Very convenient for shopping, theatre etc.
