The only room left on the Expedia site was terrible, sorry we booked it through Expedia. Couldn’t get a printed bill at checkout, was double billed, hotel not cooperative dealing with us since it was booked through Expedia. Room was next to the elevator and could be heard being used all night. Room was above the front entrance, so we heard people talking for 2 straight hours between 5AM and 7AM. The bathroom sink faucet was missing the aerator, so water just gushed out. No body lotion in the shower, but locked by the sink, which in a separate room. The only ice machine in the hotel wasn’t working. Breakfast was a mess, had to hunt for plates, there was no butter available one morning, the next morning no knives were available, ran out of milk.
No more AmericInns and no more booking with Expedia.
