I was very disappointed with my stay at Hilton. The service and overall experience did not meet expectations.
The first night I tried to order dinner around 8:50pm, about 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. The first time I called I was transferred and no one answered. The second time I called, the phone was picked up and I was hung up on. I even texted the number that asks how your stay is going and explained the situation. They said someone would get back to me shortly, but no one ever did and I had no dinner that night.
I followed the breakfast door order instructions and hung the card on my door around 6pm the night before, well before the 4:30am deadline. In the morning the card was still on my door and no breakfast came. The front desk gave me two buffet vouchers, but I only used one because the buffet was not very good.
The room had issues too. The carpet was torn up in front of the jacuzzi whirlpool tub, and I saw ants in the bathroom.
My stay also never showed up in my Hilton app, so I don’t think I earned points, which is frustrating since that’s one reason I stay with Hilton.
I also didn’t receive the cookie at check-in that you’re supposed to get.
The only good part of my stay was Axel restaurant the last two days. The food and service there were great.
Overall, not a good experience and I expected much better.
