Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
So many issues I will list them individually.
1. Parked vehicle in ramp upon arrival - access phone at entry door does not reach anyone. You have to walk downstairs and walk through WIDE OPEN doors on the main level at 10 PM.
2. Room 316 smells from marijuana and cigarettes. This is a non-smoking room.
3. Bathroom is falling apart - faucet drips, faucet trickles out water when turned on, toilet seat is broken, shower takes 10 minutes for water to warm up
4. Room was extremely cold. Set thermostat to 81, never got over 70.
5. Closet door is broken, cannot open or close it
6. Cannot phone to front desk - have to walk back to lobby to talk to staff
7. Needed blankets and pillows for sofa bed - he had to leave front desk unattended to go to the 6th floor for where they store blankets and pillows.
8. No sign left for the few guests that arrived while he was retrieving the requested blankets
9. “Blankets” were two sheets and a flimsy layer, maybe a blanket if your internal temp is always hovering around inferno
10. Individuals loitering around the property. An actual security guard would go a long way.
In the end- I do not recommend. This wasn’t a bad day as the last time I stayed there a year ago had mechanical issues that clearly haven’t been resolved (no heat / last year it was no A/C)
I will never stay here again.
