Check in was very easy. Loved the first floor access to parking lot and pool/beach. Had beach chairs included (always a plus) and beach towels. Kitchen had all the things (pod or regular coffee pot, airfryer, blender, crockpot, etc. Could use some new non stick skillets and pans. But overall, the place was perfect and we will be back. Thanks!

Beach vacation

Location is great. Access to the beach is perfect. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Chair and umbrella rental was convenient and easy. All communication was timely. Furniture, bedding and linens could be updated. If these were upgraded, this property would be top notch.

Must stay in this clean and beautiful condo!

We had the best vacation stay in this beautifully decorated condo that was SO clean. Property management is really on top of it! Absolutely wonderful to walk right out the back patio to the pool and gate entrance to the beach. Winn Dixie is right down the road- you could walk there if you had to and had very fair prices for food and water. We would love to stay in this condo again next year. By far our favorite unit! Washer & dryer look new as well as most appliances. Highly recommend to visit Boshamps for early lunch and Louisiana Lagniappe (ask to be seated outside) before sunset for dinner.

Great location, but…

The location was great, love ground floor and right next to pool. All the kitchen amenities you could think of, except maybe a sharp knife. The master bed was not the most comfortable but it was definitely the loudest. The bathroom drains are slow working. The washer is the size of one that should be in a camper and not a house. And the washer leaked water onto the floor after running a cycle. The floor was not the cleanest, but definitely the stickiest, so off to Walmart and bought a mop and cleaner to clean myself. The gate to the beach was locked at night so we were unable to go look for crabs after dark. Very disappointing, as this was not mentioned anywhere in the literature.

Perfect vacation spot!

In my opinion this condo is the best in the building. Conveniently located between the pool and beach access. Literally a stone throw away to both. Check in process was easy, room was very clean, and our host David was quick to answer any questions I had. Alvin’s is located directly across the street for any beach needs. There are many other beach shops, restaurants and an outlet mall within 3 minutes from the condo. This is literally the perfect vacation spot. We will definitely be booking here again whenever we come back to Destin!

Great place!

Just as listed! Clean and right on the beach and close to the pool! Property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. We would stay again, but probably would bring a mattress topper for the master bed.

Clean property. Property Manager was responsive when we called about a problem. The only issue was that one set of kids played ball in front of our sliding glass doors and then another set came and did the same thing. I was afraid that something would get broken on the patio.

Lovely Condo right on beach

5 Stars to David at Rafiant Properties. So easy and friendly to book. Got us in condo 3 hours early. Great communication and help throughout stay. Condo just remodeled. Nice beach decor, Comfortable and cannot say enough how easy it was with family to step outside and be steps to pool and gate to beach walkway. Much appreciated with 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter. 1 beach service included Big plus on $$$ savings. We forgot baby monitor camera and David notified me immediately after check out and put in mail to us. Not expecting so much appreciation Would definitely stay here again!!!
