Great location

This was our second stay at the Sandestin. We very much enjoyed the location of this condo to the pool and the village. Only real disappointment was the lack of beach towels and beach toys. In the past when we have stayed at condos there are towels and toys so this was a surprise to us.

Outstanding room, location close to all activities. Room is clean and communication with host was outstanding! Check faucets and other items as part of cleanup, ie shower handle in room 434 loose. The beds were comfortable, you could use both showers at the same time without issue, there were separate air units for both areas and the bedrooms and common are all had good sized tv's. The complex was very quiet, clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely nice, as well as helpful and responded within minutes to any questions we had.

Perfect place to stay for beach vacation

The Baytowne Wharf area was such a great place to stay. The tram to the beach was perfect for jumping on in the morning and going to the beach. Not having to worry with parking, etc...made things a little easier. We loved walking around the shopping/restaurant area in the evening. Lots of beautiful trees and scenery. The walk on the pier was also relaxing to enjoy the bay and the beautiful boats at the marina. Would highly recommend if you have young children because there is so much to do for them. My kids are grown and I wish I would have known about this place when they were younger. Perfect family vacation here. Just lovely!

It was so convenient in location. We had some difficulties accessing the Baytowne Wharf entrance door. Our code did not work. We would have preferred a swipe card for that entrance instead of a code. Parking access was great It was very well stocked in the kitchen and had all we needed. We didn’t understand from the property description that it was actually two one bedroom units that adjoins to make it a 2 BR/2BA.
