Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay for our family our four; the space and location were great! Owners were very welcoming and management is very responsive.

Great property but small issue

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful new property. Well stocked with all the things you would need. We had an issue that the granite on the bench in the shower was not secured and it fell on my husband’s foot, causing injury. The maintenance man then chuckled when he saw my husband and said, and I quote I heard you took one to the foot. I would think they would have been a bit more apologetic as this was a large piece of granite and caused quite a large amount of pain for him.

I suppose I got after the previous reviewer, as I could attest the after match. The broken floor mosaic in the shower. I want to love the property, it has most of what you’d want in a vacation condo. But the management company will never let that happen. They sent me an email for check in, with an address that does not have such apartment. I called them, and it was too late. I called the “emergency” number, 20 days later I’m yet to hear back from them. I found the right address by pure luck after wandering around the area for well over an hour. Then the unit itself. Filthy. Hair everywhere. Dirt, dust and food crumbs in places you wouldn’t even expect it. Expedia / vrbo support: nothing. Initially jumped around with Expedia’s IA agent while trying to figure out if I really had a place to sleep. Then managed to speak with someone. They refused to provide accommodations for the night, so I spent my first night cleaning the apartment. The day after I managed to speak with the management company of the condo. They acknowledged receiving my email and voicemail; still gave no explanation, response or call back. I gave enough days for things to sort out, but sadly after 20 days seems like there’s a need to warn others.
