Relaxing stay

This beachfront condo was clean and very nice inside. Beds were comfy although an extra blanket or two would have been helpful for the futon pullout. This is a perfect location close to great restaurants or just to sit on the deck and relax with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit has a fantastic view from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony. The furnishings are nice and the kitchen will stocked. The bedrooms are a little small for large unit and the bathrooms could use a little TLC. The pool is very nice with seating in the sun and shade. The beach and general area was extremely crowded. The number of beach chairs placed by the staff made it extremely difficult to find a location for a family needing to use a tent. Fewer chairs, families with small children do not want and chair and umbrella but they paid to be on and enjoy the beach and ocean. Overall a fantastic location and vacation.

Amazing Views!!!! Summer 2023

Rental was very clean, views were amazing!!! Huge balcony!!! Nice new appliances!!! Now for the minor concerns that warrant the 4 stars. Gate code should be emailed as not everyone wants to download an app. All other important information was shared via email so why not the gate code? Kitchen was well stocked with cookware but no trash bags? Every rental that we have stayed at has supplied trash bags. Batteries were dead in tv remotes (minor oversight) Figure in 90 dollars per day for beach chair and umbrella rental as this rental doesn't include them. When you do pay for beach chairs and umbrella, be prepared for everyone to set their own structures up in front of you as there are zero efforts made to enforce the posted rules about not setting up in front of rented chairs. Prepare for major crowding on the beach. Despite these concerns, we had a great time.

We enjoyed walks on the beach and the general property. Also played pickleball, golf and swimming. Sandestin property is located near many shopping and resturants. The view of the gulf of mexico from the condo is wonderful. The platinum group were helpful in getting a few items fixed in the condo. The condo is beautiful and would benefit from a few updates in the seating in the living room (couch was updated already), some of windows have a film on it that should be looked at and maybe some screens on patio doors. patio furniture could be updated also. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and we found the bed in the master bedroom to be very comfortable. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. Will be back again next winter.

The customer service that we received went unmatched before, during, and even after our stay. The management company even assisted us in booking an additional two days after our stay ended because we loved the unit so much. The layout of the unit was perfect! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The primary bathroom featured a makeup vanity separate from the bathroom countertops. The unit also has several TV's perfectly placed across the unit and a private desk. The development had ample covered parking spots and several luggage carts that make packing and unpacking a breeze. We will be booking out next stay here!

My mom, daughter and I decided to take our first girls trip and we literally gasped when we walked in. The views were unbelievable! The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The way the vanity’s and sinks are positioned were perfect for the 3 of us to get ready. My mom and I both want to redo our kitchens now because it was amazing!! The beds were super comfortable and all the furniture in general was extremely comfortable. We loved the small table to play cards at. The walk to the beach was super quick, we never had to wait for an elevator. It is so close to so many fun places to eat and shop. I didn’t have to contact anyone while we were there because everything was perfect! I hope to make this an annual trip and always to this condo! Well done!!

Views were blocked due to maintenance, property mgt said they sent email regarding the maintenance

20%discount offer was ridiculous given the entire view and balcony were taken away we will never stay at sandestin, had to find another place to stay , with my mother, who is older, she was scheduled at the near by hospital for her dialysis this created major stress for our family would have been nice to get a phone call we booked this place 8-9 supposedly got email on 8/16 regarding the maintenance should have never let anyone book the place

It was totally updates and very clean and completely stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. Never had to wait more than a few mins for the elevator, we loved our vacation, in spite of the rain which no one can control that.. taking some Florida sun back with us anyway! Until next time !

Beautiful stay and views at Miramar Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was marvelous! The property is the perfect layout for a two couple retreat. Beds are comfortable. The furniture and appliances are of good quality and clean. Miramar Beach never disappoints.

Lovely unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property and amazing view. Only nit: wish the unit came with wine glasses (had to use champagne glasses) and wish it came with two chairs and an umbrella. Last unit in same building had the chairs and umbrella and saved us from having to rent chairs and umbrellas for two days.
