Located in Villas of Frangista, Bikini Bottom is a 4BR, 3.5BA beautifully furnished beach home, complete with a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and two master bedrooms! The downstairs king master suite has a private sitting area and en suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Additionally, there is an upstairs king master, a guest room with a queen bed, and a guest room with a queen over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleeping up to 11 guests comfortably! When not enjoying the beach, take a stroll to the community pool only a couple of blocks away. Come have the vacation of a lifetime at Bikini Bottom! Please note that the golf cart in the garage is not available for guest use, and there is not enough space to park a vehicle; however, guests are welcome to use the beach chairs, wagon, trash can, and other accommodations in the garage.

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.

To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Bikini Bottom is located about 2 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
