„Das Einzelzimmer war neu renoviert und richtig schön! Das Zimmer hatte Meerblick. Ganz bemerkenswert war der „richtige“ Kaffee (kein InstantKaffee) im Zimmer. Den habe ich wirklich genossen! Das kontinentale Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber preiswert und in Ordnung. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Unterkunftswahl.“

„The Tyr Castle is a lovely old building with lots of character.Trudy is very welcoming ,and nothing was to much trouble. Food was great , cooked to Order ,piping hot on hot plates. Victor the barman and waiter was efficient and friendly.Views are spectacular , we were lucky to have a small balcony which we could sit out on. Only downside was a very small shower cubicle,but given age of property understandable. Easy parking in front of building. We had a very relaxing weeks holiday .“

„Perfect stay while visiting family in Aberwystwyth. Staying in a suite room, which had plenty of space, comfy bed and a small kitchenette. The location is next to the golf course and the club house is available for food and drinks. We used the driving range.“

„Gutes Frühstück, schönes Zimmer mit einem etwas kleinen Queensize Bett (ca. 140cm). Bad ohne Duschvorhang. Wir fanden leider keinen Parkplatz an der Strasse und mussten beim kostenpflichtigen Parking parken. “

„Nice comfy room with a sea view, comfortable bed, super friendly staff, a nice pub and good breakfast in a great location. Also parking was free :) there were just minor things to improve - the door handle in the bathroom was loose as well as the temperature setting in the shower. Also internet was unstable so if you wanna stream something, its almost impossible. We had room 12 on the third floor, which we didnt mind, but consider if youre older or require accessibility :-)“

„Staff were attentive and helpful from start to finish. The night I stayed there was a big family celebration and thought be difficult to get a meal, but staff very efficient and good food, as was breakfast. Well equipped room. Would definately go back.“

„Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. “
