Room photos are available on our website and booking sites for guests' reference.Regarding the pool, we clean it daily, and during your stay, we had an additional cleaning by our pool maintenance staff. We also want to mention that we never advertised a white sand beach. Instead, we have a reclaimed area for easy sea access, perfect for snorkelers and divers to explore corals and green sea turtles.We understand that our resort may not fit the 5-star big hotel category, but we take pride in being a dive resort with a unique charm. Hi Charlotte, Thank you for the review, even belated. It's been busy here and there is nothing more satisfying than to read positive feedbacks from our guests. We are truly delighted that we were able to give you the best vacation we can offer. Regarding the water pressure, we are hoping that we will have running water here in our area this year. The local government allocated a budget to fix the water problem in Panagsama and Basdiot area. We've been trucking in water 24/7 here in the resort for the past years. Though we are far from the crowded areas, our location is very convenient in accessing the famous dive sites. Regarding the prices of our dives, I do not think that we are much higher than other resorts big resorts here in the area. We are similar in pricing if not, a little bit cheaper. But if you compare it to dive shops only (not resorts), they charge much cheaper since they do not offer resort amenities. We appreciate all your comments and we hope to serve you again in the future :)
