„Check in was super easy, i was sent the keypad code by email a few days prior to check. Communication with the owner was great, response was very quick. Only downfall was that i had to vacuum when we got there and house #4 did not have a washer/dryer, stove, or full size refrigerator and it was more than my friends house #1 that had those amenities included. I would stay here again, only would makw sure I had a house with laundry. Very close to Clarks Hill Lake and a short drive to Augusta “

Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone.
