« The oatmeal was old and dry. It should have been thrown out and made fresh. The parking spaces were great. They were wide and spacious enough to open your door without hitting the car next to you. »

« Was told upon arrival that they no longer had a room for us hut that they had made sure to book us a room at another hotel. We were then sent to another hotel and was not provided the accommodations we booked so there was not a bed for my son. Will never book with them again. »

« Hotel was full and no maintenance on staff or available- we were just told “sorry” about a toilet that didn’t work. Stopped serving /restocking breakfast 45 min before people were told at check in it would end. »

« I was really disappointed with this stay. The vent in the bathroom was held to the ceiling with duct table. It appears they attempted to seal a crack in the top and caulking was blatantly visible. The tv turned on and volume up and down, but we couldn't change the channels. Got a new remote, new batteries for the old remote, still didn't work. And to top it off the WHITE towels were dirty... WHITE TOWELS DIRTY!! I did NOT want to take a shower!! Now that I think about it, I should have went...

« We were first shown a room where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, towels all over the floor, etc. Just very obvious. We switched rooms. The young man on shift that night (it was after midnight) was very helpful. The next day we went to a concert and came back in a wave. About 25 people stood in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting on someone to help us with a variety of things. Some people were trying to check in, some just wanted a towel, some needed a pillow, some wanted to purchase snacks....

« Great place and would stay again. However the pool was down and we were bummed about that. As well as not having a Hard Rock Cafe attached. The diner was wonderful though. Our kids were happy. We know kids are not normally at a casino, and ours aren’t. But thought the cafe and pool would be fun. »
